摘  要:为应用锂辉石尾矿废弃物于植生型生态混凝土制备中,采用正交试验设计法进行试验组合,以28d抗压强度、实测有效孔隙率和pH值为性能指标,研究孔隙率、水胶比、植生型增强剂掺量、锂辉石尾矿粉掺量对生态混凝土性能的影响。通过极差分析确定抗压强度、有效孔隙率及pH值影响因素的显著性,并根据试验结果对配合比进行优化。结果表明,该方法制备的生态混凝土的强度和孔隙率满足设计和实践要求。In order to apply spodumene tailing waste to the preparation of eco-concrete, the orthogonal test design method is used to conduct the test combination, and the 28d compressive strength, measured effective porosity and pH value are taken as the performance indicators to study the effects of porosity, water/cement ratio, vegetation type reinforcement dosage and spodumene tailing powder dosage on the performance of eco-concrete. The significance of influencing factors of compressive strength, effective porosity and pH value is determined through range analysis, and the mix proportion is optimized according to the test results. The results show that the strength and porosity of eco-concrete prepared by this method meet the requirements of design and practice.
