摘 要:研究了高铝水泥对水泥基自流平地坪材料性能的影响。结果表明,保持水泥总掺量为320g,当高铝水泥掺量低于30g时,引入高铝水泥可有效提高水泥基自流平地坪材料的力学性能,降低体积变化率。进一步提高高铝水泥掺量会导致体系不稳定。当高铝水泥含量高于230g时,产品体系恢复稳定且力学性能随着高铝水泥掺量的增加而提高,但经济成本过高。The effect of high-alumina cement on the performance of cement-based self-leveling flooring materials is studied. The results show that while keeping the whole dosage of cement at 320g, the introduction of high-alumina cement can effectively improve the strength of cement-based self-leveling flooring material and reduce the volume change rate, when the dosage of high-alumina cement is less than 30g. Further increasing of the dosage of high-alumina cement leads to the instability of the system. When the dosage of high-alumina cement is more than 230g, the system recovers to stability, and the mechanical properties increase with the increase of the dosage of high-alumina cement, but the economic cost of the production is too high.
