摘  要:本文对安徽省14个不同地区的优良枫香叶片进行调查,分析枫香叶片性状差异,并对其相关指标进行相关性分析、聚类分析及主成分分析。结果表明,枫香的叶面积、叶柄长、中裂片宽、叶片宽、叶片长、中裂片与侧裂片夹角、氮含量、叶绿素含量、叶形指数、干物质含量和比叶面积都具有变异性。14个地区的枫香通过聚类分析可以分成4个类群。主成分分析指出,叶面积、干重、干物质含量及中裂片与侧裂片夹角因子可以作为判断枫香变异的主要指标。综上所述,安徽省14个地区枫香叶片性状变异性较大。本研究可为后续枫香种质资源的收集、保存、评价和利用提供参考。In this paper, a survey was made on the leaves of Liquidambar formosana fine trees in 14 different regions of Anhui Province with an analysis on the leaf character differences and that of correlation, cluster and principal components on the related indexes. The results showed that there was variability in the leaf area, petiole length, medium blade width, leaf width and length,angle between medium and side blades, nitrogen content, chlorophyll content, leaf index, dry mass and specific leaf area of the species. The trees from 14 regions could be divided into 3 groups with cluster analysis. Principal component analysis showed that factors including leaf area, dry weight, dry mass and angle between medium and side blade could be regarded as the leading indicators of variations of L. formosana leaves. In conclusion, there was significant variability in the characters of L. formosana leaves in the 14 regions of Anhui Province. The study could provide reference for the follow-up collection, conservation, evaluation and utilization of L. formosana germplasm resources.
