摘  要:冷库制冷设备的维修、维护受到用户分布边远、时间紧迫、维修人员数量等限制,对厂家的售后服务形成较大的挑战。基于物联网的远程监控技术,结合冷凝机组、冷库构造技术构成云监控平台,利用分组、分项目远程管控不同区域的制冷设备,达到有效统管众多制冷设备的目的;同时通过对目标设备数据的收集传输、处理、呈现,实现动态掌控设备运行情况,控制制冷设备工作参数,能获得更好的能耗指标;再者利用预警功能自动发现提示故障,能查索设备的历史数据,辅助维修人员分析、定位故障原因,从而提高响应速度和服务质量。The repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment in cold storage are limited by the remote distribution of users,the urgency of time and the number of maintenance personnel,which pose a great challenge to the aftersales service of manufacturers. The remote monitoring technology based on the Internet of things,combined with the condensing unit and cold storage construction technology,forms a cloud monitoring platform,and uses grouping and sub project to remotely control the refrigeration equipment in different areas,so as to achieve the purpose of effectively managing many refrigeration equipment;At the same time,through the collection,transmission,processing and presentation of the data of the target equipment,we can dynamically control the operation of the equipment and control the working parameters of the refrigeration equipment,so as to obtain better energy consumption indicators;At the same time,the early warning function is used to automatically detect and prompt the fault,which can search the historical data of the equipment,and assist the maintenance personnel to analyze and locate the cause of the fault,so as to improve the response speed and service quality.
