摘　　要：阿贝西利是经FDA批准上市的新型细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶4/6(CDK4/6)抑制剂,临床用于治疗晚期或转移性乳腺癌。作者分别对阿贝西利合成方法、药理学及功效和作用机制进行了总结和概括,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。Abemaciclib is a novel cell cycle protein-dependent kinase 4/6( CDK4/6) inhibitor approved by FDA for the clinical treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The paper summarized and outlined the synthesis method, mechanism of action and efficacy of abemaciclib, respectively, in order to provide a reference for related researchers.
