摘　　要：治理方式影响着治理能力和治理效能,基于“主体—信息—利益关系”的分析框架发现,治理主体、治理信息、利益关系形塑着乡村治理方式。通过对豫东A村治理实践的长期观察发现,乡村社会存在抗争式治理、合作式治理、放任式治理、博弈式治理四种治理方式。合作式治理作为乡村治理方式之一,是凝智聚力、提升乡村治理效能的优选,但其面临村民治理话语权不足、治理信息透明度低、村民与村干部之间存在利益冲突、协商合作流于形式、治理过程存在失序风险等问题。因此,需要赋予村民监督权来增强其治理话语权,大力推动治理信息公开,培育乡村社会公共精神和共同体意识,消解利益冲突,健全乡村协商共治机制与约束机制。Through the observation of the eastern A village governance practices,in the practice of rural governance fight type management,collaborative management,laissez-faire type management,game management four kinds of governance,based on the analysis framework of“subject-information-interest relationship”found that different types of governance body,the combination of information and interests shape the way of rural governance.As one of the ways of rural governance,cooperative governance is the preferred way to realize rural governance toward cooperative governance.However,the re al ization of this goal is faced with such problems as“how strong and how weak the governance body system is”,low transparency of governance information,break-point convergence of governance interests,mere formality of consultation and cooperation,and disorderly risk in the governance process.Therefore,to promote rural governance toward cooperative governance in the new era,we should focus on optimizing the system of rural governance subjects,promoting the open sharing of governance information,cultivating the public spirit of rural governance subjects,constructing the rural consultation and co-governance mechanism,and improving the governance constraint mechanism.
