高效液相色谱法测定复方半夏片中橙皮苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定复方半夏片中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Capcell PAK C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(20∶80,V/V),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为283 nm,进样量为5μL。结果橙皮苷进样量在0.2066~2.0660μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.000,n=5);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD分别为0.06%,0.44%,0.03%;平均加样回收率为99.66%,RSD为0.30%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法操作简便、结果准确、稳定性好,可用于复方半夏片的质量控制。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of hesperidin in Compound Banxia Tablets.Methods The chromatographic column was Capcell PAK C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(20∶80,V/V),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 283 nm,and the injection volume was 5μL.Results The linear range of hesperidin was 0.2066-2.0660μg(r=1.000,n=5).The RSDs of precision,repeatability and stability tests were 0.06%,0.44% and 0.03% respectively.The average recovery of hesperidin was 99.66% with an RSD of 0.30%(n=6).Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate and stable,which can be used for the quality control of Compound Banxia Tablets.
