本维莫德乳膏治疗轻中度斑块型银屑病疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨本维莫德乳膏治疗轻中度斑块型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法:纳入2021年10月至2022年5月于我院门诊就诊的银屑病患者80例,遵照用药方法将患者分为本维莫德组(A组,n=40)与卡泊三醇组(B组,n=40),治疗前后所有患者采用银屑病皮损面积和严重指数(PASI)进行疗效判定,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:经过8周的治疗,A组治疗总有效率为60.00%,B组治疗总有效率52.40%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1月内A组复发率为29.20%,B组复发率为61.90%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用本维莫德乳膏治疗轻中度斑块型银屑病的疗效不劣于卡泊三醇,且复发率较低,值得临床上推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Benvitimod ointment in the treatment of mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis.Methods:80 cases of patients with limbs plaque psoriasis from October 2021 to May 2022 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the Benvitimod group(A,n=40)and Calcipotriol group(B,n=40),The efficacy index PASI score was used in all patients before and after treatment to observe the clinical effect and the adverse reactions.Results:The PASI score of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was no difference between the two groups at the same time point(P>0.05);The total effective rate of Group A(60.0%)also showed no statistically significant difference compared with that of group B(52.4%);After 1 month,the recurrence rate of group A was 29.20%,compared with 61.90%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benvermod ointment is not inferior to Calcipotriol in the treatment of mild to moderate plaque psoriasis.There is no significant difference in the efficacy,and the recurrence rate is low and worthy of promotion.
