摘 要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法,针对当前“翻转课堂”无法在高校体育课程全面实施的困境,提出高校体育课程“轻翻转课堂”教学模式并进行实证。结果显示:高校体育课程“轻翻转课堂”教学模式课前自学部分的设计合理,学生态度上配合,能力上胜任,执行情况良好;高校体育课程“轻翻转课堂”教学模式课中练习部分的设计较传统课堂教学模式更有利于学生技术动作的掌握,且不会增加运动伤害的风险;高校体育课程“轻翻转课堂”教学模式的整体教学效果优于传统课堂。Aiming at the current dilemma that“flipped classroom”cannot be fully implemented in the PE curriculum in colleges and universities,this paper proposes and verifies a teaching mode of“lightly flipped classroom”for the PE curriculum in colleges and universities through literature method,questionnaire method,and experiment method.The results show that:the design of the pre-class self-study of the“lightly flipped classroom”teaching mode of the PE curriculum in colleges and universities is reasonable,the students are cooperative and competent,and this teaching mode is implemented well;compared with the teaching modes of traditional classrooms,the design of the practice part of the“lightly flipped classroom”teaching mode is more conducive to students’mastery of technical movements without increasing the risk of sports injuries;the overall teaching effectiveness of the“lightly flipped classroom”teaching mode is better than that of traditional classrooms;the“lightly flipped classroom”teaching mode has the same advantages of the general“flipped classroom”with less effort from teachers and students.
