摘　　要：为了发挥好公共管理类课程思政培根铸魂、立德树人的重要作用,以“地方政府改革创新理论与实践”课程为例,本文系统论证了课程思政建设的现实意蕴及总体架构,并呈现了4个教学案例。课程思政的积极推动,既是响应公共管理专业人才培养的现实需求,也是践行国家新文科建设的应然之义,同时还是落实公共管理课程体系优化的必然要求,具有十分重要的现实意义。课程思政的架构思路可以从中国特色改革创新的演进历程等5个方面进行教学设计,引入“三线融合”思维,系统串联课程思政元素与课程内容,帮助学生在改革创新的实践中汲取智慧与力量,厚植家国情怀,拥护党的领导,秉持公共精神和为民服务精神,实现课程专业教育和思政教育的同向同行。In order to give full play to the important role of ideological and political training of public administration courses in casting soul and cultivating people,take“Local Government reform and innovation Theory and Practice”curriculum as an example,demonstrate the practical implication and general idea of curriculum ideological and political construction,and present four teaching cases.The active promotion of ideological and political affairs in the course is not only to respond to the practical needs of the training of public administration professionals,but also to be the proper meaning of practicing the national new liberal arts construction,and also to be the inevitable requirement of implementing the optimization of the public administration curriculum system,which has a very important practical significance.The structure of ideological and political architecture can be constructed from The evolution of reform and innovation with Chinese characteristics and other five aspects of teaching design,the introduction of“three-line integration”thinking,systematically connect the curriculum ideological and political elements and curriculum content,to help students learn wisdom and strength in the practice of reform and innovation,cultivate the feelings of home and country,support the leadership of the Party,uphold the public spirit and the spirit of serving the people as to realize the curriculum professional education and ideological and political education together.
