摘 要:数字经济正悄然改变着居民的消费行为,探讨其对居民消费的影响有助于扩大内需,助推新发展格局的形成。文章基于中国省级层面的数字经济发展水平指数和CHFS微观数据,站在消费水平和结构的双重视角,分析数字经济对家庭消费的影响,结果表明:第一,样本期内,数字经济对家庭消费总量、家庭发展与享受型消费占比均产生了显著的正向效应,在采用工具变量法处理内生性问题后结果依然稳健。第二,分位数回归结果表明在所有分位点上,数字经济对家庭消费总量以及家庭发展与享受型支出占比均有着显著的正向影响,但对消费总量分位点较低、发展与享受型支出占比较低的家庭影响更大。第三,数字经济对家庭消费总量以及家庭发展与享受型支出占比的正向效应在城乡以及不同收入的家庭之间存在明显差异,对农村家庭和低收入家庭的正向效应更显著,存在明显的益贫效应。第四,网络购物是数字经济影响家庭消费总量以及家庭发展与享受型支出占比的内在影响机制。文末提出相关对策建议。The digital economy is quietly changing the consumption behavior of residents.Exploring its impact on residents’consumption will help expand domestic demand and promote the formation of a new development pattern.Based on the digital economy development level index and CHFS micro-data at the provincial level in China,the impact of the digital economy on household consumption behavior is discussed from the perspectives of consumption level and consumption structure.The results show that:First,during the sample period,the digital economy has a significant positive effecton household total consumption,household development and the proportion of enjoyment consumption.The results are still stable after using the instrumental variable method to deal with the endogenous problem.Second,the quantile regression results show that at all quantiles,the digital economy has a significant positive impact on the total household consumption and the proportion of household development and enjoyment expenditures,but it has a greater impacton households with lower total consumption quantile and lower proportion of development and enjoyment expenditures.Third,the positive effect of the digital economy on the total household consumption and the proportion of household development and enjoyment expenditure is significantly different between urban and rural areas and households with different incomes,and the positive effect on rural households and low-income households is more significant,there is a clear pro-poor effect.Fourth,online shopping is the internal influence mechanism of the digital economy affecting the total household consumption and the proportion of household development and enjoyment expenditure.At the end of the paper,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
