摘 要:为研究“精油+有机酸”复合微胶囊制剂(microencapsulated organic acids and essential oils,MOAEO)对肉鸭免疫指标、肠道组织形态和盲肠菌群的影响,选取1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭(公)900只,随机分为5组(每组6个重复,每个重复30只),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ组在基础饲粮中添加40 mg/kg杆菌肽锌,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加100、200、300 mg/kg MOAEO,试验周期42 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,Ⅰ组肉鸭的胸腺指数和脾脏指数都极显著提高(P<0.01),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅲ组的十二指肠黏膜sIgA含量极显著提高(P<0.01),Ⅱ、Ⅳ组显著提高(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,在十二指肠段,Ⅰ组肉鸭的肠绒毛高度和Ⅲ组的V/C值显著提高(P<0.05)。在空肠段,Ⅰ、Ⅲ组肉鸭的肠绒毛高度极显著提高(P<0.01)。在回肠段,Ⅰ组肉鸭的肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组极显著提高(P<0.01);Ⅰ、Ⅲ组的隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组的V/C值显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组极显著提高(P<0.01)。(3)Ⅳ组肉鸭的盲肠乳酸菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加MOAEO可以提高肉鸭免疫力,改善肠道组织形态和盲肠菌群结构。To investigate the effects of microencapsulated organic acids and essential oils(MOAEO) on immunological indexes,intestinal morphology and blind gut flora of ducks,a total of 900 male one-day-old cherry valley ducks were randomly allocated to five groups with six replicates per group and 30 ducks per replicate.Ducks in control group were fed the basal diet,and the ones in groupⅠwere fed basal diets supplemented with 40 mg/kg Bacitracin zinc.The other three treatments(group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ) were added with 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,300 mg/kg MOAEO in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that:Compared with the control group,(1)The thymus and spleen indexes of the ducks in groupⅠwere very significantly increased(P<0.01),and the thymus indexes in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly increased(P<0.05).The duodenal mucosa sIgA contents of groupⅠand Ⅲ were very significantly increased(P<0.01),and the ones in group Ⅱ and Ⅳ were significantly increased(P<0.05).(2) The ducks’ duodenal villus height in group Ⅰ and the V/C value in groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05).The jejunal villus heights of ducks in groupⅠand Ⅲ were very significantly increased(P<0.01).The ileal villus height of the ducks in groupⅠwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ones in group Ⅲ andⅣwere very significantly increased(P<0.01).The ileal villus crypt depths in group Ⅰ and Ⅲ decreased significantly over control(P<0.05).The ducks in groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ had a significant increase on the V/C values of ileum(P<0.05),and that in group Ⅲ had a very significant increase(P<0.01).(3) The quantity of Lactobacillus in cecum of the ducks in group Ⅳ was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,a diet supplemented with MOAEO appeared to improve the immunity,intestinal morphology and cecal microflora of ducks.
