摘　　要：目的:通过运用关联法则汇总并分析苍耳子治疗鼻病的药对,利用网络药理学预测药对与苍耳子引起的肝毒性的作用机制,从而给临床安全用药提出建议。方法:选取我院2021年2月至2022年2月的中医鼻病门诊中含有苍耳子处方200张,运用Aprioris算法分析处方证素、病位、归经、聚类,统计各因素中关联频次排前3名规则,得出使用频率最高的药对,利用网络药理学预测其作用机制,从而为临床安全用药提出建议。结果:运用关联法则Aprioris算法得出我院中医鼻病门诊就诊证型以痰湿阻结频次最高,治疗以苍耳子、白芷药对治疗频次最高。网络药理学预测与竞争神经活性配体-受体、卵巢类固醇生成等通道相关。结论:运用关联法则及网络药理学结合可以直观的了解医师用药情况,预测其安全用药的机制,可为临床安全用药评价提供参考。Objective:To summarize and analyze the drug pairs of Xanthium sibiricum in the treatment of rhinopathy by using the association rule,and to predict the mechanism of action of drugs on liver toxicity caused by Xanthium sibiricum by using network pharmacology,so as to make suggestions for clinical safe drug use.Methods:200 prescriptions of Xanthium sibiricum in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine for rhinopathy from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected,and the Aprioris algorithm was used to analyze the syndrome elements,disease location,meridian tropism and clustering of prescriptions.The top three rules of correlation frequency among various factors were counted,and the drug pairs with the highest use frequency were obtained.The mechanism of action was predicted by using network pharmacology,so as to put forward suggestions for clinical safe drug use.Results:According to the Aprioris algorithm of association rule,the frequency of phlegm dampness obstructing knot was the highest in the TCM nasal disease outpatient clinic of our hospital,and the frequency of Xanthium sibiricum and Angelica dahurica in the treatment was the highest.Network pharmacology prediction is related to the competition of neural active ligand receptor,ovarian steroid production and other channels.Conclusion:The combination of association rule and network pharmacology can intuitively understand the medication situation of doctors,predict the mechanism of safe drug use,and provide reference for the evaluation of clinical safe drug use.
