摘　　要：1927年大革命失败以后,中国共产党人沿着一条独特的道路,引导中国革命走向复兴并逐步赢得胜利。20世纪30年代初,党的出版工作在白色恐怖之下被迫转为地下,采取更加灵活机动的方式继续开展。1931年9月,党中央决定由保定二师学生党员王禹夫在保定创建北方人民出版社,王禹夫一人承担起所有社务和出版工作。1932年7月,保定二师“七六”爱国护校斗争后,王禹夫被国民党反动当局通缉,被迫去了北平,北方人民出版社随之停办。北方人民出版社虽然只存在了一年,但是出版了一批党的重要文献,翻印了已出版的马列主义经典著作,编印了一些指导革命活动的书刊。北方人民出版社作为新中国成立前党的人民出版事业的组成部分,它对于马克思主义在北方的传播贡献很大,在党的出版史上写下了光荣的一页。After the failure of the Great Revolution in 1927, the people of the CPC followed a unique path to lead the Chinese revolution towards revival and gradually win victory. In the early 1930s, the Party’s publishing work was forced to turn underground under the white terror, and continued to develop in a more flexible way. In September 1931, the CPC Central Committee decided that Wang Yufu, a student member of Baoding Second Division, would establish the Northern People’s Publishing House in Baoding. Wang Yufu alone would undertake all social affairs and publishing work. In July 1932, Wang Yufu was wanted by the Kuomintang reactionary authorities and forced to go to Peiping after the "July 6th" protecting struggle of Baoding NO.2 Normal School, and the Northern People’s Publishing House was forced to stop running. Although the Northern People’s Publishing House has only existed for a year, it has published a number of important documents of the Party, reprinted the published classic works of Marxism Leninism, and compiled and printed some books and periodicals guiding revolutionary activities. As an integral part of the people’s publishing cause of the Party before the founding of New China, the Northern People’s Publishing House has made great contributions to the spread of Marxism in the north, and has written a glorious page in the history of the Party’s publishing.
