摘　　要：“群众办报”思想是中国共产党新闻实践与理论的精髓,是党的新闻事业的一个优良传统,也是处理党、党报、人民三者之间关系的重要原则。作为冀中革命根据地最具影响力的报纸,《冀中导报》始终坚持“为人民办报纸”的思想,把人民群众看作报纸的主人。它在形式上贯彻“群众帮办报”,在方法上落实“让群众办报”,在内容上体现“为群众办报”,是中国共产党在新闻领域践行群众路线的具体成果,为中国共产党冀中区党报事业的成熟奠定了坚实基础,同时为当代党报的发展提供了历史资鉴。The idea of "running newspapers by the masses" is the essence of the CPC’s journalism practice and theory, an excellent tradition of the CPC’s journalism, and an important principle to deal with the relationship between the party, the party newspaper, and the people. As the most influential newspaper in the Central Hebei Revolutionary Base, Jizhong Guide always adheres to the idea of "running newspapers for the people" and regards the people as the owners of newspapers. It implements "the masses help run newspapers" in form, "let the masses run newspapers" in method, and "run newspapers for the masses" in content.It is the concrete achievement of the CPC in practicing the mass line in the field of journalism, and has laid a solid foundation for the development of the party newspaper cause in the central Hebei region of the Communist Party of China.
