摘 要:中国与东盟各国在地理上的优势为彼此间的贸易提供了便利。但中国与东盟各国在运输服务贸易合作中仍然存在多方面的问题,政治环境的不稳定和自然灾害的频发降低了投资者的投资信心,部分东盟国家经济发展水平落后需要其他国家的帮扶,中国与东盟各国由于产业结构的相似性导致的竞争激烈,它们都对中国与东盟各国的运输服务贸易合作产生了不利的影响。本文对此提出相应合理的贸易合作模式,公路方面是PPP模式,通过港口集群促进海运的发展,航空中分为舱位互换和代码共享模式,最后则根据不同运输方式的不同合作模式给出一些政策性建议。The geographical advantages of China and ASEAN countries have facilitated the trade between them. However, there are still many problems in the cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in transport service trade. The instability of the political environment and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters have reduced investors’ confidence in investment. Some ASEAN countries need assistance from other countries for their backward economic development. China and ASEAN countries face fierce competition due to the similarity of their industrial structures, Both of them have had a negative impact on the cooperation in transport service trade between China and ASEAN countries. This paper puts forward a corresponding and reasonable trade cooperation model. The road is the PPP model. The development of maritime transport is promoted through port clusters. Aviation is divided into class exchange and code sharing models. Finally, some policy suggestions are given according to different cooperation models of different transport modes.
