摘　　要：全球经济合作深入,泰国制定“经济4.0计划”,鉴于泰国海外置业发展现状和职场汉语服务的需要,相关行业开展汉语需求分析具有紧迫性。在分析客户的汉语需求和语言服务存在问题的基础上,本文运用SWOT分析法,对当前泰国海外置业的优势和劣势、机会和威胁等因素进行分析,提出加强多方合作、建设师资队伍、教学内容改革、培养实践能力、重视校友信息反馈等建议。With the deepening of global economic cooperation, Thailand has formulated the “Economy 4.0 Plan”. In view of the current situation of overseas real estate development in Thailand and the need for Chinese language services in the workplace, it is urgent for relevant industries to carry out Chinese language demand analysis. Based on the analysis of customers’ Chinese needs and problems in language services, this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Thailand’s overseas real estate industry, and puts forward suggestions on strengthening cooperation among multiple parties, building a teaching staff, teaching content reform, cultivating practical ability, and paying attention to alumni information feedback.
