摘　　要：针对油气管道在防腐生产过程中产生大量有害气体的问题,对生产线废气回收系统进行了改造。主要对固化炉区域、喷漆小车行走区域及调漆间进行封闭,并加装风机及排放管线,使喷涂过程产生的废气能够经排放管线集中送至催化燃烧设备处理,降低有害气体的浓度。应用结果表明,该系统在生产运行过程中性能稳定,排放指标符合相关标准要求。In order to solve the problem of producing a lot of harmful gas in anti-corrosion,the exhaust gas recovery system in the production line was reformed.It mainly includes sealing the curing furnace area,the walking area of the painting trolley and the paint mixing room,and installing the fan and the discharge pipeline,so that the exhaust gas generated during the spraying process can be sent to the catalytic combustion equipment through the discharge pipeline,so as to reduce the concentration of harmful gases.The application results show that the performance of the system is stable and the emission index meets the relevant standards.
