社区社会资本对乡村振兴实施成效的影响及机制研究

摘　　要：基于上海市9个涉农区19个乡村振兴示范村的实地调研数据,将社区层面的社会资本分为内部整合型和外部链接型两大类,构建有序Probit模型,分析社会资本对乡村振兴实施成效的影响及其作用机理。结果表明:(1)内部整合型社会资本在社会网络、社会信任和社会规范3个维度上,外部链接型社会资本在社会网络和社会信任2个维度上对乡村振兴实施成效均有显著正向影响。(2)内部整合型社会资本对广大村民和村干部在乡村振兴中主体作用的发挥具有显著正向调节作用,而外部链接型社会资本则对村干部的作用发挥具有显著正向调节作用。基于此,乡村振兴实施过程中应注意农村社区社会资本的培育和积累、凝聚社区共识、提升社区治理效能,同时增强农村社区获取更多资金、政策和人才等外部资源支持的能力。Based on the data from investigation and questionnaire survey of 19 villages in 9 suburb districts of Shanghai,an Ordered Probit model was constructed to analyze the contribution and subsequent function mechanism of community social capital,which is categorized into bonding and bridging social capital,on the implementation performance of rural revitalization.The results show that bonding capital contribute significantly and positively in terms of social network,social trust and social norms,and that bridging capital contribute significantly and positively in terms of social network and social trust.Meanwhile,bonding social capital plays a significant moderating effect on the function of villagers and village cadres,and bridging social capital presents a significant moderating effect on the function of village cadres.Therefore,more attentions should be paid to accumulate and increase community social capital stock in order to consolidate community consensus,improve community governance efficiency,and enhance their capability of obtaining various external support such as funding,policy and human capital.
