高校大型科研设备共享管理现状及对策

摘　　要：科研工作的开展离不开各种科研设备的应用,高校作为人才培养的重要机构,承担着一定的科学研究以及社会服务工作责任,这些都需要大型科研设备作为保障。大型科研设备价值较高,若是单纯在高校科研中应用,会存在利用率不高的问题。虽然教育部办公厅《关于加强高等学校科研基础设施和科研仪器开放共享的指导意见》为高校大型科研设备开放共享指明了方向,但目前高校大型科研设备共享管理依然存在诸多不足,大型科研设备利用率仍不高。该文在了解高校大型科研设备共享管理现状的基础上,结合实际提出高校大型科研设备共享管理策略。The development of scientific research work is inseparable from the application of all kinds of scientific research equipment.As an important institution of talent training,colleges and universities also bear a certain responsibility for scientific research and social service,which need large-scale scientific research equipment as a guarantee.The large-scale scientific research equipment is of high value.If it is simply used in scientific research in colleges and universities,the utilization rate of much large-scale scientific research equipment is not high.Although the Guidance on Strengthening the Opening and Sharing of Scientific Research Infrastructure and Scientific Research Instruments in Colleges and Universities by the General Office of the Ministry of Education points out the direction for the opening and sharing of large-scale scientific research equipment in colleges and universities,there are still many deficiencies in the sharing management of large-scale scientific research equipment in colleges and universities,and the utilization rate of large-scale scientific research equipment is not high.This paper studies the present situation of the sharing management of large-scale scientific research equipment in colleges and universities,and analyzes the actual situation of the sharing management of large-scale scientific research equipment in colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures for the sharing management of large-scale scientific research equipment in colleges and universities.
