缝合泡沫夹层复合材料平压性能及数值模拟

摘  要:针对泡沫夹层复合材料在压力作用下因易开裂导致性能下降的情况,使用碳纤维作为缝线,对碳纤维布和泡沫缝合制备了缝合泡沫夹层复合材料,探究其在受到平压载荷作用下的平压性能和平压破坏模式;利用ABAQUS模拟软件进行缝合泡沫夹层复合材料建模,并进行静力学分析;使用桁架单元模拟纤维树脂柱的受力情况,基于Hasin失效准则模拟上下纤维面板,使用三维实体单元模拟泡沫夹芯。研究结果表明:缝合夹层复合材料实验和模拟分析得到的压缩强度和压缩模量误差分别为13.74%和16.09%,说明该模型具有一定的可信度和可用性;在平压载荷作用下,缝合泡沫夹层复合材料的主要承力部分是纤维树脂柱,并且可以观察到纤维树脂柱与纤维面板处出现一定的应力集中现象;缝合泡沫夹层复合材料的破坏主要为纤维柱与面板连接处之间的断裂失效,泡沫压缩变形过程实验与模拟也较为相符。In view of the situation that foam sandwich composite is easy to crack under pressure, resulting in performance degradation, using carbon fiber as suture thread, the stitched foam sandwich composite was prepared from carbon fiber cloth and foam suture, and its flat compression performance and failure mode under flat compression loading were investigated. The ABAQUS simulation software was used to model the stitched foam sandwich composite, and the statics analysis was carried out. The truss element was used to simulate the stress of the fiber resin column, the upper and lower fiber panels were simulated based on Hasin failure criterion, and the foam sandwich was simulated by the three-dimensional solid element. The results show that the compression strength and compression modulus errors of sutured sandwich composites are 13.74% and 16.09%, respectively,indicating that the model has certain reliability and usability. The fiber resin column is the main bearing part of the stitched foam sandwich composite under flat compression load, and a certain stress concentration phenomenon can be observed between the fiber resin column and the fiber panel. The failure of stitched foam sandwich composite is mainly the fracture failure between fiber column and panel. The experiment and simulation of foam compression deformation process is consistent.
