摘  要:为了提高包合物的包埋得率,设定壁芯比、反应时间、反应温度为影响因素,包埋得率为响应值,通过单因素实验和Box-Behnken响应面法探究最佳反应条件。结果表明:影响包埋得率的显著性顺序为壁芯比>反应温度>反应时间,最佳包埋组合是壁芯比3∶1、反应温度40℃、反应时间3 h,所制备的包合物包埋得率(75.4±0.46)%,与响应面回归方程预测值相近,说明该回归模型能够较好地优化配方。同时,通过热重分析、紫外分光光度仪法证明包合物形成且包合物具有耐高温性能。缓释和抗菌实验显示,纯艾草精油挥发极快,在37℃下经过24 h振荡艾草精油含量只剩下(39.36±0.05)%;而实验优化后的包合物在加热振荡216 h后包合物中的艾草精油含量仍有(37.16±0.12)%;包合物在大气下缓释30 d后抗菌率扔能达到(95.16±0.53)%,证明包合物具有长期缓释和长效抑菌效果。In order to improve the embedding yield of inclusion complex,the wall core ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature were set as the influencing factors,and the embedding yield was set as the response value,the optimal reaction conditions were explored by single factor experiment and Box-Behnken response surface method.The results show that the order of significance affecting the embedding yield is wall core ratio>reaction temperature>reaction time.The best embedding combination is that the wall core ratio is 3∶1,the reaction temperature is 40℃and the reaction time is 3 h.The embedding yield of the prepared inclusion complex is(75.4±0.46)%,which is close to the predicted value of response surface regression equation,indicating that the regression model can better optimize the formula.It was proved that the inclusion complex was formed and had high temperature resistance.The sustained-release and antibacterial emperiments showed that the pure wormwood essential oil volatized very quickly.After shaking for 24 h at 37℃,the content of wormwood essential oil was only(39.36±0.05)%.However,after heating and shaking for 216 h,the wormwood essential oil in the inclusion complex optimized by experiment was still(37.16±0.12)%.The antibacterial rate of the inclusion complex can reach(95.16±0.53)%after 30 d of sustained-release in the atmosphere,which proves that the inclusion complex has sustained-release and long-term antibacterial effects.
