摘　　要：以上海市文物保护建筑华东医院南楼的整体修缮工程为例,介绍了建筑顶升技术及增设隔震支座的施工方法。通过对施工中重难点分析、顶升前施工准备、顶升施工以及隔震支座施工等几个阶段的关键施工技术介绍,总结出了建筑整体顶升受力托换的施工方法,对今后文物保护建筑的顶升受力托换有一定参考价值,同时对相关工程施工提供了类似经验。Taking the overall restoration project of the South Building of Huadong Hospital, a heritage preservation building in Shanghai, as an example, the construction method of building jacking technology and additional seismic isolation bearing is introduced. Through the analysis of the important and difficult points in the construction, the construction preparation before jacking, the jacking construction and the construction of seismic isolation bearing and other key construction techniques, the construction method of the overall jacking force replacement of the building is summarized. It has a certain reference value for the future jacking force replacement of heritage preservation buildings and provides similar experience for the construction of related projects.
