摘 要:为解决西南地区岩溶地质条件下坚硬倾斜岩层中,桥梁桩基冲击成孔施工中遇到偏钻且偏钻位置不能突破的问题,通过实践,采用乳化炸药水下爆破的方法,并辅以测绳法绘制水下地形图、倾斜岩层爆破处理、钻孔深度计算等,在较少处理次数内迅速突破偏钻位置,解决了偏钻问题。冲击钻成孔与水下爆破相结合,可以适用于岩溶地质条件下的坚硬倾斜岩层,同时减少了卡钻事故,提升了桩基质量,并缩短了施工工期。In the hard and inclined rock stratum under the Karst geological conditions of Southwest China,the problem of deviation drilling and its position can not be broken through is encountered in the construction of punch drill pore-forming for bridge pile foundation.The method of underwater blasting with emulsion explosive is adopted,and the underwater topographic map,inclined rock blasting treatment and drilling depth calculation are drawn by measuring rope method.The problem of deviation drilling is solved by quickly breaking through the position of deviation drilling in less processing times.The combination of punch drill pore-forming and underwater blasting can be applied to the hard and inclined rock stratum under Karst geological conditions,while at the same,it can reduce the drill sticking accidents,improve the quality of pile foundation,and shorten the construction period.
