摘 要:结合工程实际,对大体积超厚混凝土基础底板施工技术进行了研究。重点研究了混凝土裂缝控制技术、冷缝防治技术,并从混凝土的原材料比选、混凝土的配合比设计、钢筋型钢支模架设计、混凝土的保供方案、混凝土的浇筑方案、混凝土的养护工艺、数字化施工模拟技术应用、数字化施工监控技术应用等多方面进行了阐述,希望能为今后类似大体积超厚混凝土基础底板施工提供一些借鉴。Combined with the engineering practice,the construction technology of large volume and super thick concrete foundation slab is studied.The concrete crack control technology and cold joint prevention technology are mainly studied,and it is elaborated from many aspects such as the comparison and selection of concrete raw materials,the mix proportion design of concrete,the design of reinforced steel formwork support,the concrete supply guarantee scheme,the concrete pouring scheme,the concrete curing process,the application of digital construction simulation technology,and the application of digital construction monitoring technology.It is expected to provide some reference for similar large volume and super thick concrete foundation slab construction in the future.
