摘  要:结合工程实际,对悬链线异形金属网架施工技术进行了研究。该网架结构新颖复杂,暂无相关工程经验可以借鉴,为此,应用SolidWorks模型计算、风洞试验等手段对大跨度悬链线脊线吊装、高承载力双向扣件深化设计、金属网与脊线连接件设计、金属网吊装等内容进行了数值模拟,并以模拟结构指导施工,达到了理想的施工效果,确保了整个施工过程的安全,为类似工程施工提供了借鉴。Combined with engineering practice, the construction technology of catenary shaped metal truss is studied.The truss structure is novel and complex, and there is no relevant engineering experience for reference. Therefore,Solid Works model calculation, wind tunnel experiment and other means are used to carry out numerical simulation on large-span catenary ridge line hoisting, high bearing capacity two-way fastener deepening design, metal mesh and ridge line connector design, metal mesh hoisting and other contents. The simulation structure is used to guide the construction.It achieves ideal construction effect, ensures the safety of the entire construction process, and provides reference for similar engineering construction.
