摘  要:为解决大跨度半球形钢筋混凝土穹顶结构的高支模施工难题,采用BIM建模确定支撑系统中每根立杆的位置和长度,通过现场放样和定型钢管的煨弯加工搭设安装模板支撑系统,覆以柔性木胶合板加方木以及分段施工设置钢板止水带,很好地确保了大跨度半球形钢筋混凝土结构穹顶的施工质量。总结的经验可为今后类似工程施工参考。To solve the difficult problem of high formwork construction of large-span hemispherical reinforced concrete dome structure,BIM modeling is used to determine the position and length of each pole in the support system.The formwork support system is erected and installed through onsite setting out and the bending processing of shaped steel pipes by covering flexible wood plywood with wood squares and installing steel plate water stop in section construction.The construction quality of large-span hemispherical reinforced concrete dome structure is well ensured.The summarized experience can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
