摘　　要：以沣西新城文化公园项目为工程背景,对劈裂砖装饰混凝土空心砌块清水墙砌体在满足结构抗震性、抗裂性、装饰性要求方面的施工技术难题进行研究。结合项目实践,介绍了劈裂砖装饰混凝土空心砌块拼花,抗震、抗裂措施,芯柱钢筋居中,最顶部砌块和芯柱混凝土浇筑,以及装饰面容易污染等问题的解决方法,以期为类似工程提供参考。Taking the Fengxi New City Cultural Park Project as the engineering background,the construction technical problems of split brick decorative concrete hollow block fair-faced wall masonry in meeting the requirements of structural earthquake resistance,crack resistance and decoration are studied.Combined with the project practice,the methods to solve the problems such as the splicing of split brick decorative concrete hollow block,the anti-seismic and crack resistant measures,the centering of core column reinforcement,the concrete pouring of the topmost block and core column,and the easy pollution of the decorative surface are introduced,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
