摘  要:逆作法是一种超常规的施工方法,该方法能有效节省工期,加快施工进度,但因该方法施工难度大,施工质量要求高,所以项目使用较少。目前,BIM建筑信息模型已经广泛应用于建筑行业的各个方面,BIM在施工过程中的应用已经非常成熟,在具体的施工过程中不仅为施工带来了方便,而且保证了施工质量。因此沧州市中心医院项目有效结合逆作法和BIM优势,将2种技术有机结合,实现了项目优质高效建造,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。The reverse construction method is an unconventional construction method, which can effectively save the construction period and speed up the construction progress. However, due to its high construction difficulty and high construction quality requirements, it is rarely used in the project. At present, BIM is widely used in all aspects of the construction industry, and the application of BIM in the construction process becomes very mature. The inclusion of BIM in the specific construction process not only brings convenience to the construction, but also ensures the construction quality. Therefore, Cangzhou Central Hospital Project effectively combines the advantages of reverse construction method and BIM, and organically combines the two technologies to achieve high-quality and efficient construction of the project, which can provide reference for other similar projects.
