摘　　要：以环天府新区快速通道项目为例,针对该项目在总承包项目管理过程中存在的一些问题,从顶层设计、管理定位、人才队伍建设、政府沟通、商务管理、风险管理等几个维度进行总结分析。提出了相应的管理建议,包括“PPP项目公司+施工总承包”合并管理路径、“三个一批”人才队伍建设等,为今后类似基础设施投资项目施工总承包管理提供借鉴。Taking the fast track project around Tianfu New Area as an example, in view of some problems existing in the management process of the project in the general contracting project, it is summarized and analyzed from several dimensions, such as top-level design, management positioning, talent team construction, government communication,business management, risk management, etc. Corresponding management suggestions are put forward, including the combined management path of "PPP project company + general construction contracting", the construction of "three groups of talents", etc., to provide reference for general construction contracting management of similar infrastructure investment projects in the future.
