摘 要:本文对目前肉类加工废水生化组合处理工艺进行了分析,通过对比各种工艺的优缺点,研究其适用性及处理效果,最终得出能更加有效处理肉类加工废水的生化组合工艺,使该类难处理的废水实现理想的处理效果、优化生化处理工艺的进水要求和降低对后续处理工艺的冲击等目标;在保证预处理效果的前提下,通过合理的生化工艺设置,保障废水中的污染物去除量达到设定要求,最终使出水水质稳定达标,降低因废水处理不当而对周边环境或企业造成不良影响的风险。In this paper,the current biochemical combination treatment process of meat processing wastewater was analyzed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various processes,the applicability and treatment effect were studied,and finally the biochemical combination process that can more effectively treat meat processing wastewater was concluded.To achieve the ideal treatment effect of the refractory wastewater,optimize the influent requirements of the biochemical treatment process and reduce the impact on the subsequent treatment process.On the premise of ensuring the pretreatment effect,through reasonable biochemical process setting,the removal amount of wastewater pollutants can reach the set requirements,and finally make the effluent reach the standard stably,and reduce the risk of adverse impact on the surrounding environment or enterprises caused by improper wastewater treatment.
