摘　　要：本文首先阐述了生态城市理念,分析了在新发展理念背景下,城市生态环境管理原则,结合目前城市生态环境管理中出现的实际问题,总结基于新发展理念背景下城市生态环境管理经验,以此提升城市生态环境管理效果。This paper first expounds the concept of ecological city development, analyzes the principles of urban ecological environment management under the background of the new development concept, and summarizes the urban ecological environment management strategies under the background of the new development concept.So as to strengthen the urban ecological environment management effect.
