摘 要:通过调研炼钢车间60 t LF的变压器参数,结合选取的GCr15试验钢LF工艺特点要求,开发软件并计算其电气功率特性曲线,提出了两种适合该LF的最快升温速度且较省电和最经济电耗且速度较快的供电方案,第1种供电方案,第一阶段化渣及升温期采用4档(220 V)电压、18~20 kA相电流,第二阶段升温期采用3档(240 V)电压、20 kA相电流,适用于生产节奏较快且较省电的LF炉次供电;第2种供电方案,第一阶段化渣及升温期采用5档(203 V)电压、17~19 kA相电流供电制度,第二阶段升温采用4档(220 V)电压、18 kA相电流的供电制度,第三阶段保温期与第一种供电方案相同,可适用于大部分生产节奏不太紧张的炉次。与试验前主要能耗指标相比,GCr15试验钢LF工序的吨钢电耗、单位重量钢水温升电耗分别降低8.51%、7.29%,升温速度提高8.14%。By investigating the transformer parameters of 60 t LF in a steelmaking workshop and combining with the selected test GCr15 steel LF process characteristics,the software is developed and its electrical power characteristic curve is calculated,two power supply schemes that are suitable for the LF with the fastest heating speed and relatively power saving and the most economical power consumption are proposed.The first power supply scheme,at slagging and heating phase in the first stage the 4 stages(220 V)voltage and 18-20 kA phase current are adopted,and at heating phase in the second stage the 3 stages(240 V)voltage and 20 kA phase current are adopted,which is suitable for LF secondary power supply with fast production rhythm and relatively power saving.In the second power supply scheme,the 5-grade(203 V)voltage and 17-19 kA current power supply system are adopted in the first stage of slag melting and heating up;in the second stage of heating up,the 4-grade(220 V)voltage with 18 kA current is adopted;in the third stage,the heat preservation period is the same as the first power supply scheme,it can be applied to most of the production rhythm not too tight heats.Compared with the index before the test of the power consumption per ton of GCr15 steel and energy consumption per unit weight of molten steel temperature rise,the main energy consumption are reduced by 8.51%and 7.29%respectively,and the heating rate is increased by 8.14%.
