摘　　要：针对在部队训练演习时传统手术床无法快速且准确的满足手术需求问题,设计一种用于战地救援的安全性移动式多功能手术床,该手术床由支撑柱、电机、旋转轴、涡流管以及气门阀等23部分组成,床体自带升温和降温功能,功能均体现在遥控板和床体功能键,相比传统手术床,多功能手术床结构简单,操作便捷,无需医护人员搬动伤员即可实现患者手术体位的摆放,有效保障伤员围手术期安全。Since the traditional operating table cannot meet the operation demand quickly and accurately during military combat exercise, a safe mobile multifunctional operating bed for battlefield rescue was designed. The operating bed was composed of 23 parts, such as supporting column, motor, rotating shaft, vortex tube and valve, etc. The bed had heating and cooling functions, which were embodied in the remote-control board and the function keys of the bed.Compared with the traditional operating bed, the multifunctional operating bed was simple in structure and convenient to operate. The patient can be placed in the operating position without the need for medical staff to move the patient,thus effectively ensuring the safety of the patients during the perioperative period.
