摘　　要：激光选区熔化成形技术是技术成熟度最高的金属增材制造技术之一,具有成形精度高、冶金性能好、柔性制造、制造周期短等优点,广泛应用于航空航天、医疗、模具等行业。其产业规模逐年壮大,一些共性问题日益凸显。结合产业发展情况,归纳分析了产业化过程中面临的共性问题和难点,并给出了解决这些问题的有益建议。Selective laser melting technology is one of metal additive manufacturing technologies with the highest technological maturity.It has the advantages of high forming accuracy,good metallurgical properties,flexible manufacturing,and short manufacturing cycle.It has been widely used in aerospace,medical,mold and other industries.Its industrial scale has grown year by year,and some common problems have become increasingly prominent.Based on the development of the industry,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems and difficulties in the process of industrialization,and gives helpful suggestions to solve these problems.
