摘　　要：金属材料的真应力-应变曲线对材料工程设计有着重要意义。然而,在金属材料的真应力-应变曲线测试过程和计算拟合过程中,有各种不同的方法,本文就这些方法进行了试验尝试和数据计算拟合,获得了大量数据。通过对数据的处理分析,获得了很多对试验过程和后期数据处理具有借鉴意义的经验。另外,在试验过程中的注意事项、理论指导和数据处理等方面进行了经验汇总。The true stress-strain curve of metal materials is of great significance to material engineering design.However,there are various methods in the process of testing and calculating the true stress-strain curve of metal materials.In this paper,the tests and data calculation fitting have been performed by these methods,and a large amount of data has been obtained.Through the processing and analysis of the data,a lot of experience has been obtained for reference in the test process and later data processing.In addition,the precautions,theoretical guidance and data processing in the test process have been summarized.
