摘  要:基于城市土地稀缺的现状,既有房屋周围的地下空间越来越多地被开发利用,且基于交通的公益目的及商业开发的经济效益考虑,新建建筑与既有建筑会较多地互联互通,新老建筑接缝处会出现渗漏隐患。结合一个具体的工程实例,详细介绍了预埋止水带及注浆管的组合防水技术,施工结果表明该组合方式能较好处理新建地下结构与既有建筑连接处的防水问题。Due to the scarcity of urban land,more and more underground space around existing houses are being developed and utilized. Based on the public purpose of transportation and the economic benefits of commercial development,new buildings and existing buildings will be more interconnected,so there will be leakage risks at the joints of new and old buildings. Combined with a concrete engineering example,the combined waterproofing technology of embedded water stop belt and grouting pipe is introduced in detail.The construction results show that the combined method can better deal with the waterproofing problem at the connection between new underground structure and existing building.
