摘  要:在雅安市雨城区某会展中心项目施工过程中,为提高大跨度钢网架空心焊接球加工验收合格率,项目部成立了QC活动小组,以“5W1H分析法”为基础开展调研活动。小组成员通过现场调查、原因分析、对比试验对施工现场大跨度钢网架空心焊接球加工质量情况进行调查,成功找出制约加工质量的主要原因并针对性地制定了具体的实施对策,通过改进成型工艺、优化焊缝坡口形状和角度等措施,显著提高了钢网架空心焊接球加工一次验收合格率。此次研究为笔者公司带来了质量、社会、经济等方面的多重价值,并获得了业主、监理、设计各方的一致好评,可为类似项目施工提供参考。In the construction process of an exhibition center project in Ya’an Yucheng district,in order to improve the acceptance rate of large-span steel grid hollow welding ball processing,the project department established a QC activity group to carry out research activities based on “5W1H analysis”. Team members through the field investigation,cause analysis and contrast test of large span steel space frame construction site welding hollow ball processing quality situation investigation,find the processing quality of the main causes of success and made the implementation of specific measures,by improving the molding process,measures such as optimizing weld groove shape and Angle,The first acceptance rate of hollow welding ball processing of steel grid is improved significantly. This research has brought the company multiple values in terms of quality,society and economy,and won unanimous praise from owners,supervisors and designers. It can provide reference for similar project construction.
