摘　　要：由于营销信息化历史持续性建设,营销1.0阶段各渠道接入技术架构不统一,随着能源互联网营销服务系统(营销2.0系统)的建设,基于对渠道服务连接标准和技术实现方式的深入研究,结合各省调研情况,开展全渠道接入服务的研究与应用,旨在规范全渠道数据接口标准,强化渠道服务协议配置能力,降低运维管理难度,提升服务数据聚合水平、渠道监管和运营能力[1]、渠道合作营商体验,促进全网全渠道接入业务在营销2.0的顺利落地。Due to the historical continuity marketing informationization construction, marketing phase 1.0 the channel access technology architecture, as energy Internet marketing service system for the construction of the 2.0 system(marketing), based on the service channel connection of realization of standards and technology research, combined with the provincial research situation, carry out the research and application of the channel access,It aims to standardize the omni-channel data interface standard, strengthen the channel service agreement configuration ability, reduce the difficulty of operation and maintenance management, improve the level of service data aggregation, channel supervision and operation ability, channel cooperation business experience, and promote the smooth implementation of the whole network omni-channel access business in marketing 2.0.
