摘  要:为了确定K_(2)O浸出钾长石的最佳工艺条件,采用基于Box-Behnken设计的响应曲面法考察水热过程中水热温度、水热时间、液固比、Ca与Al+Si摩尔比4个因素的交互作用对K_(2)O提取率的影响.通过实验设计、方差分析、模型拟合、参数优化和结果验证等步骤确定了最优工艺条件.结果表明:水热温度以及Ca与Al+Si摩尔比的交互作用对K_(2)O提取率的影响最为显著;提取K_(2)O的最优工艺条件为:水热温度280℃,水热时间7.22 h,液固质量比20,Ca与Al+Si摩尔比1.5;最优工艺条件下K_(2)O提取率的预测值为100%,实验结果的平均值为99.14%,预测值与实验结果平均值的一致性较好.In order to determine the optimal process conditions for leaching K_(2)O from K-feldspar,a response surface method based on Box-Behnken was used to investigate the influence of the interaction among four factors,including hydrothermal temperature,hydrothermal time,ratio of liquid to solid and molar ratio of Ca to Al+Si,on the extraction efficiency of K_(2)O.According to such steps as experiment design,analysis of variance,model fitting,parameters optimization and results verification,the optimum process conditions were found.The results show that the interaction between the hydrothermal temperature and the molar ratio of Ca to Al+Si has the most significant influence on the extraction efficiency of K_(2)O.The optimal process conditions for the extraction of K_(2)O are as follows:hydrothermal temperature 280℃,hydrothermal time 7.22 h,ratio of liquid to solid 20 and molar ratio of Ca to Al+Si 1.5.The predicted extraction efficiency of K_(2)O is 100% under the optimal process conditions,and the average of experimental results is 99.14%.The predicted value is in good agreement with the average of experimental results.
