摘 要:为降低检测成本,减少辐射危害,提出了基于超声波断层图像进行典型零件的三维重构方法.设计了相共振结合拉东反变换计算方法的零件断层扫描试验,基于Matlab平台构建了轮廓提取算法、图像堆叠算法以及三维模型重构算法.结合图像处理算法与三维模型重构算法实现了二维超声断层图像的三维重构,重构的零件外形尺寸与内部形位误差约为1 mm.结果表明,本文提出的超声波断层图像三维重构方法可靠、准确,可用于典型金属零件轮廓及内部缺陷的无损检测与三维重构.In order to reduce detection cost and decrease radiation hazards,a three-dimensional reconstruction method based on ultrasonic tomographic image for typical parts was proposed.The component fracture scanning experiment based on phase resonance and Radon inverse transform calculation method was designed,and the contour extraction algorithm,the image stacking algorithm and the 3D model reconstruction algorithm were constructed on Matlab platform.The 3D reconstruction of 2D ultrasonic fault image was realized by combining image processing algorithm with 3D model reconstruction algorithm,and the error between the external dimension of reconstructed part and that of the internal shape and position was about 1 mm.The results show that the as-proposed 3D reconstruction method of ultrasonic tomographic image is reliable and accurate,and it can be used for non-destructive testing and 3D reconstruction of the contour and internal defects of typical metal parts.
