摘 要:为明确在室内条件下薰衣草精油、罗勒精油对印度谷螟幼虫的生物活性,采用浸渍法、滤纸药膜法测定了薰衣草精油和罗勒精油对印度谷螟幼虫的触杀和驱避作用,并分析了薰衣草精油和罗勒精油对印度谷螟幼虫触杀作用的亚致死剂量。结果表明:薰衣草精油对印度谷螟幼虫的触杀和驱避作用均强于罗勒精油,经时间24 h、体积分数为20μL/mL的薰衣草精油和罗勒精油处理后,印度谷螟幼虫的死亡率分别为24.17%和21.67%。薰衣草精油和罗勒精油在2 h下80μL/mL时对印度谷螟幼虫的驱避率均达到Ⅴ级驱避,随着时间的延长,薰衣草精油4 h时驱避率依然是Ⅴ级驱避,而罗勒精油4 h时降到了Ⅳ驱避。研究表明:薰衣草精油对印度谷螟幼虫的触杀和驱避作用在高浓度时显著高于罗勒精油;在印度谷螟的防治中薰衣草精油的应用潜力高于罗勒精油,薰衣草精油具有更高的应用价值。In order to clarify the biological activity of Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil and Ocimum basilicum oil on Plodia interpunctella(Hübener) larvae under indoor conditions, the dipping method and filter paper film method were used to determine the contact and repellent effects of Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil and Ocimum basilicumoil on Plodia interpunctella(Hübener) larvae, and analyzthe sublethal dose of lavender essential oil and basil essential oil on the contact action of Plodia interpunctella(Hübener) larvae. The results indicated that the contact and repellent effect of Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil on Plodia interpunctella(Hübener) larvae were stronger than that of basil essential oil. After 24 hours of treatment with Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil and Ocimum basilicum oil at a concentration of 20 μl/mL, the mortality of Plodia interpunctella(Hübener)Indian meal borer larvae was 24.17% and 21.67%, respectivel. The repellent rate of Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil and Ocimum basilicum oil to Plodia interpunctella(Hübener) larvae reached level V at 80 μl/mL for 2 h. As time goes by, the repellency rate of Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil at 4 h was still level V, while the Ocimum basilicum oil dropped to IV repellent at 4 h. Studies had shown that the contact and repellent effect of Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil on Plodia interpunctella(Hübener) larvae was significantly higher than that of Ocimum basilicum oil at high concentrations;the application potential of Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil in the control of Plodia interpunctella(Hübener)was higher than that of Ocimum basilicum oil, and Lavandula angustifolia Mill oil hada higher application value.
