摘 要:为了探讨纳米材料在粮食储藏行业中的研究现状和应用前景,本文对近年来纳米材料在储粮中的害虫防治和抑制霉菌方面的研究进行了综述,包括具有杀虫、抑菌的不同纳米材料,对传统农药和新型农药杀虫效果的增效作用,最后总结生物源介导的合成纳米材料的新技术,为推广纳米材料在储粮中抑制虫霉的应用提供理论依据。纳米材料可以作为参与储粮虫霉的防治技术,还可以降低化学药剂对环境的污染,对绿色储粮技术开发提供理论基础和应用参考,为保障国家粮食安全提出新的解决方案。To investigate the research advances and application prospects of the nanomaterials in the grain storage industry, studies on pest control and fungi inhibition using nanomaterials in grain storage in recent years were reviewed and summarized in the present paper, including the different nanomaterials with insecticidal and antibacterial properties, and synergistic effects on insecticidal efficacy of traditional pesticides and new pesticides. Finally, the new technologies of bio-source-mediated synthesis of nanomaterials were summarized, providing the theoretical basis for popularizing the application of nanomaterials in inhibiting pests and fungi in grain storage. Nanomaterials can be used as a technology to prevent and control insects and fungi in grain storage, and reduce the pollution of chemical residues on the environment. This review provided a theoretical basis and application reference for the development of green grain storage technology, and suggested the new research ideas for guarantee the national grain security.
