摘  要:采用单向拉伸测拉伸强度、延伸率的方式,考察增塑剂的种类、用量,键合剂的种类、用量,细氧化剂含量,固化参数等对环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(PET)燃气发生剂常温力学性能的影响。结果表明:乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯增塑的燃气发生剂力学性能最佳,随增塑剂用量的增加,燃气发生剂的拉伸强度逐渐减小,延伸率逐渐增大;使用BA-8(氮丙啶类)键合剂的燃气发生剂力学性能最优,随键合剂用量的增加,燃气发生剂的拉伸强度先增大后减小,延伸率先减小后增大;在含能固体含量不变的情况下,随细氧化剂含量的增加,燃气发生剂的拉伸强度增大,延伸率减小;固化参数从0.75到1.65,燃气发生剂的拉伸强度先增大后减小,延伸率先减小后增大,当固化参数取1.2时,燃气发生剂的拉伸强度增至最大(1.33 MPa),延伸率降至最低(84.2%)。The influence of the type and amount of plasticizer,type and amount of bonding agent,fine oxidizer content and curing parameter,etc.on the mechanical performance of ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether(PET)gas generating agent at room temperature was investigated by testing the tensile strength and elongation with the uniaxial tensile mode.The results showed that the mechanical performance of the gas generating agent plasticized by tributyl acetylcitrate was the best,with the increase of plasticizer amount,the tensile strength of gas generating agent gradually decreased,and the elongation gradually increased;the mechanical performance of the gas generating agent with BA-8(aziridine type)bonding agent was optimal,and with the increase of bonding agent amount,the tensile strength of the gas generating agent first increasedand then decreased,and the elongation first decreased and then increased;under the condition of constant energetic solid content,the tensile strength of the gas generating agent increased and the elongation decreased with the increase of fine oxidizer content;when the curing parameter ranged from 0.75 to 1.65,the tensile strength of the gas generating agent first increased and then decreased,and the elongation first decreased and then increased;when the curing parameter was taken as 1.2,the tensile strength of the gas generating agent increased to the maximum(1.33 MPa)and the elongation decreased to the minimum(84.2%).
