摘  要:为了研究开挖方案对地表变形的影响,以北京17号线东大桥地铁车站为例,根据Peck公式采用地表沉降量和沉降槽宽度表征地表变形,采用Midas结合正交设计和回归分析研究采用对称开挖施工时,开挖顺序和开挖错距与地表变形的函数关系,最终得到最优开挖方案。结果表明:先开挖上层后开挖下层,先开挖边导洞后开挖中导洞时,沉降槽宽度最小;先开挖上层后开挖下层,上层采用先中后边,下层采用先边后中的开挖顺序时,地表最大沉降量最小。层间开挖顺序对地表最大沉降量的影响较为显著,上层开挖顺序是沉降槽宽度的主要影响因素。采用沉降槽宽度最小的开挖顺序,综合得出开挖错距与地表变形的函数关系;同时对沉降槽宽度进行优化,得到层间、上层、下层开挖错距依次为4、20、20 m。In order to study the influence of excavation scheme on surface deformation,taking Dongdaqiao subway station of Beijing line 17 as an example,according to Peck formula,the surface deformation was represented by the surface settlement and the width of the settlement tank.Midas combined with orthogonal design and regression analysis was used to study the functional relationship between the excavation sequence and the excavation offset and the surface deformation when symmetrical excavation was used,and finally the optimal excavation scheme was obtained.The results show that when the upper layer is excavated first and then the lower layer is excavated,and the side pilot tunnel is excavated first and then the middle pilot tunnel is excavated,the width of the settlement tank is the smallest.When the upper layer is excavated first and then the lower layer,the upper layer is excavated from the middle to the edge,and the lower layer is excavated from the edge to the middle,the maximum surface settlement is the smallest.The excavation sequence between layers has a significant effect on the maximum settlement of the surface,and the excavation sequence of the upper layer is the main influencing factor of the width of the settlement tank.Using the excavation sequence with the minimum width of the settlement tank,the functional relationship between the excavation offset and the surface deformation is comprehensively obtained.At the same time,the width of the settlement trough is optimized,and the excavation staggered distances between layers,upper layer and lower layer are 4,20 and 20 m respectively.
