摘  要:目的 研究近年国内外手术机器人的发展状况。方法 通过大量文献梳理分析,重点分析2019年1月至2022年7月国内外手术机器人资质准入获批情况和技术功能特点。结果 分析报道39款手术机器人的相关情况,总结手术机器人发展现状和未来发展方向。结论 我国手术机器人目前正处于快速发展阶段,现阶段手术机器人普遍存在成本昂贵、缺乏触觉反馈(力反馈)、体积较大、空间占用大和不易移动的缺点,未来将向智能化、微型化、远程化、开放化和低成本化发展。Objective To study the development of surgical robots at home and abroad in recent years. Methods Through a large number of literature review and analysis, the qualification approval and technical function characteristics of domestic and foreign surgical robots from January 2019 to July 2022 were analyzed. Results The related situations of 39 surgical robots were analyzed and reported, and the shortcomings and future development direction of the current surgical robots were summarized. Conclusion The development of surgical robots in China is now in a rapid development stage. At present, surgical robots generally have the disadvantages of high cost, lack of tactile feedback(force feedback), large size, large space occupation and difficult to move. In the future, it will develop towards intelligent, miniaturized, remote, open and low-cost.
