摘　　要：目的统计近十年在锐珂数字化X线机DRX-NOVA中发生的故障及维修过程,供同行参考。方法对2011—2021年锐珂数字化X线机DRX-NOVA的故障进行汇总,对故障类型进行分类,对维修过程进行总结。结果故障类型可以分为3个大类,每一类故障有其特点及特定的解决办法。结论维修各类设备故障首先要精通设备原理。修理机器时应细心,综合考虑故障的产生原因。正确理解分析机器在正常情况下的运行情况,才能准确分析出故障原因,从而能真正地解决故障。Objective To analyze the malfunction and maintenance process of Carestream digital X-ray machine DRX-NOVA for reference.Methods The fault of Carestream digital X-ray machine DRX-NOVA in 2011—2021 was summarized,the fault types were classified,and the maintenance process was summarized.Results Fault types can be divided into three categories,each of which has its own characteristics and specific solutions.Conclusion It is necessary to master the principle of equipment to repair all kinds of equipment failures.Repair the machine should be careful,comprehensive consideration of the cause of the failure.To correctly understand and analyze the operation of the machine under normal conditions,we can accurately analyze the cause of failure,so that we can really solve the problem.
