摘　　要：从肺部感染护理、腹腔引流管的护理、并发症的观察与预防、针对性的用药护理、患儿及家属心理护理等方面总结1例既往健康、免疫功能基本正常的全身播散性隐球菌病患儿的护理经验。经过12天积极治疗及护理,患儿病情稳定转普通病房。To summarize the nursing experience of a child with systemic disseminated cryptococcosis who was previously healthy and had basically normal immune function.The nursing experience was summarized from the aspects of pulmonary infection nursing, nursing of abdominal drainage tube, observation and prevention of complications, targeted medication nursing, and psychological nursing of children and their families.After 12 days of active treatment and nursing, the patient was transferred to the general ward in a stable condition.
