金融发展对我国农村产业融合影响的区域比较——基于省级数据的面板向量自回归模型分析

摘　　要：农村产业融合是实现我国乡村振兴战略的重要途径,资金投入作为农村产业融合发展的制约因素之一,探究金融发展与农村产业融合的关系对于乡村振兴战略目标的实现具有重要意义。文章基于我国2009-2020年省级面板数据,用熵值法对指标赋权并采用综合指数法得出农村产业融合发展水平后,运用面板向量自回归模型分析比较我国东部、中部以及西部地区金融发展对农村产业融合的影响。研究结果发现:(1)金融发展规模短期及长期均会推动我国整体与各地区农村产业融合发展,在短期内对中部地区的促进作用最大。金融发展效率短期及长期均会对全国及东部地区、西部地区农村产业融合存在促进作用,而对中部地区农村产业融合存在抑制作用,金融发展效率对农村产业融合的促进作用在短期内表现为东部地区最强;(2)金融发展规模在全国、中部及西部地区农村产业融合变动中的贡献较金融发展效率高,而东部地区金融发展效率的贡献要高于金融发展规模。基于结论,提出在促进农村产业融合过程中应扩大金融发展规模、提升金融发展效率、实施差异化区域金融支持以及完善配套政策。The integration of rural industries is an important way to realize China’s rural revitalization strategy, and capital investment as one of the constraints of the development of rural industry integration, so exploring the relationship between financial development and rural industry integration is of great significance to realize the goal of rural revitalization strategy. Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2009 to 2020, this paper used the entropy method and the comprehensive index method to obtain the development level of rural industry integration, then used Panel Vector Autoregression model to analyze and compare the impacts of financial development on rural industry integration in eastern, central and western China. The results showed that:(1)The scale of financial development could promote the integration of rural industries in various regions and overall China in the short and long run. In the short run, the promotion effect on the central China was the largest. The efficiency of financial development could promote the integration of rural industries in the whole country and the eastern and western regions in the short and long run, but inhibited in the central region. In the short run, the promoting effect of financial development efficiency on rural industry integration was the strongest in eastern China.(2)Compared to the financial development scale, financial development efficiency contributed more to the changes of rural industry integration in the eastern region,while it appeared opposite in the whole country,the central and western regions. Based on the above conclusions, suggestions were put forward: In the process of promoting rural industry integration, we should expand the scale of financial development, improve the efficiency of financial development, implement differentiated regional financial support and improve supporting policies.
