摘 要:木质林产品具有体积大、单位价值低的物流特性,研究中国与贸易伙伴国的物流绩效对于木质林产品出口三元边际的影响具有一定的现实意义。文章基于CEPII-BACI数据库中HS6分位木质林产品全球双边贸易数据以及世界银行发布的国别物流绩效指数,利用面板固定效应模型实证分析2010-2018年中国与“一带一路”合作国双边物流绩效对木质林产品出口三元边际的影响。结果表明:(1)中国木质林产品出口贸易增长主要依靠数量边际和价格边际的带动,且前者贡献更大,而拓展边际的贡献不明显;(2)中国物流绩效能显著提升木质林产品出口拓展边际、数量边际、价格边际;(3)合作国物流绩效对出口价格边际的影响呈现“U”型特征;(4)物流绩效改善能缓解双边贸易国空间距离对出口贸易增长的阻碍作用。政策启示:(1)要优化木质林产品出口结构,针对不同物流绩效水平国家制定差异化出口战略;(2)要发展共建物流基础设施模式,充分利用好丝路基金、亚洲基础设施投资银行,打造中国企业走进“一带一路”合作国家的鲜活案例;(3)要建立和维护农林类贸易协定组织,削减木质林产品非关税贸易壁垒。Wood forest products have the logistics characteristics of large volume and low unit value. It is of certain practical significance to study the impact of logistics performance between China and its trading partners on the ternary margin of wood forest products export.Based on the HS6 quantile global bilateral trade data of wood forest products in the CEPII-BACI database and the country logistics performance index released by the World Bank, this paper used panel fixed effects model to empirically analyze the impact of bilateral logistics performance between China and the Belt and Road cooperation countries on the ternary margin of wood forest products export from 2010 to 2018. The results showed that:(1)The export growth of China’s wood forest products was mainly driven by quantity margin and price margin, and the former contributed more, while the expansion margin had no obvious contribution.(2) China’s logistics performance could significantly improve the export expansion margin, quantity margin and price margin of wood forest products.(3)The impact of logistics performance on export price margin of the partner country presented a U-shaped feature.(4)The improvement of logistics performance could alleviate the impeding effect of spatial distance between bilateral trading countries on the growth of export trade. Policy implications:(1)The export structure of wood forest products should be optimized, and differentiated export strategies should be developed for countries with different logistics performance levels.(2) To develop the mode of co-building logistics infrastructure, make full use of the Silk Road Fund and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and create vivid cases of Chinese enterprises in the Belt and Road cooperation countries.(3) To establish and maintain the agriculture and forestry trade agreement organization, reduce the non-tariff trade barriers of wood forest products.
